libgnatprj4.9 software package provides GNU Ada compiler Project Manager (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgnatprj4.9
libgnatprj4.9 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgnatprj4.9 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgnatprj4.9 *
You will get with libgnatprj4.9 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
